We take great care in ensuring all our products are of a high quality, and as part of our commitment, we provide one year's guarantee on all products featured on this website*. In many cases, due to the exceptional design and build of certain products, some brands provide much longer guarantees. Find out more here.

How Can I Access User Manuals?

User manuals include important safety information and clear step-by-step instructions on how to use our products. They’re available for downloading from the product page or from the Media Centre.

Where Can I Get Spare Parts?

If you need spare parts for our products, you’ll find many available on our sister website toolsparesonline.com.

Product Repairs

Our Buying and QC departments work hard to ensure our products are the best they can be, and our high standards are maintained through every product. However, from time to time, a product may be faulty, and this is when Toolstream really goes the extra mile. We recommend all products are registered for the extended warranty at the time of consumer purchase.

If any of our products develop a fault outside the 30-day consumer purchase date, Toolstream/the Brand will support the customer through to the end of the guarantee period. This may involve repairs, exchanges or refunds unless a Buy Out Guarantee forms part of your contract with us. In this case, please provide direct support to your consumer.

If any of our products develop a fault within 30 days of the consumer’s purchase date, the consumer will need to return the unit back to you, the retailer, for a refund or exchange. You can then email us or raise a ticket through our Support Centre and we’ll contact you within 24 hours.

Product Support FAQs

Spare parts for all our products can be purchased from Toolspares Online, which can be accessed here

Many of our tool brands include a 1-year manufacturer guarantee, with the exception of Scruffs workwear, which isn’t covered.

 

Depending on the nature of the product and its purpose, it is likely to eventually suffer from 'wear and tear’*. If you feel the damage/fault to your product falls outside of what could be deemed as ‘wear and tear’, please contact our Customer Service team here (link).

 

You can register for extended guarantees for both Silverline and Triton products by visiting the specific brand websites.

 

*What is wear and tear?

Wear and tear is damage incurred during normal and intended use of the product that has rendered it no longer usable or has significantly hindered the expected performance of the product.

To claim using the 1-year manufacturer's guarantee, please contact our Customer Services teams here and raise the required support ticket. To claim using an extended guarantee, please visit the associated brand website and raise a support ticket.
