As an environmentally conscious company, we’re endeavouring, where possible, to pursue a paperless catalogue system. All brochures, flyers, catalogues etc can be browsed and downloaded here.

We aim to respond to all support tickets received within 24 hours.

Currently only registered customers can sign up to receive Newsletter and promotional emails. This can be done in the Preferences section of My Account and by selecting 'Yes, I want to stay in touch’ under Email Preferences.

You can opt out of receiving emails at any time. You can do this by visiting Preferences in My Account and selecting ‘No, do not email me’.

Our brands are exclusive to Toolstream and unfortunately resellers cannot buy them anywhere else. All our brands available to purchase are listed on the home screen of our website.

Our brands are available to non-registered customers for purchase from a variety of retailers which can be found on our exclusive brand websites.

Pricing FAQs

You can download your price list via Product Information.

When viewing products on the website, promotions are shown by the ‘Offer’ tag. If downloading your price file, promotional pricing is shown in the ‘Promotional price’ column.

End dates for all promotions are included on our Terms and Policies page. Simply select the promotion and all details will be provided.

All prices shown on the website and in promotional material are exclusive of VAT.

All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT. We do not currently offer the option to view inc. VAT pricing, however VAT is calculated and displayed in your basket prior to checkout.

Merchandising FAQs

As a Toolstream stockist, you’ll have access to 18 exclusive brands. Merchandising each brand both on and offline can be tricky if you want to maintain strong, clear branding, but Toolstream’s merchandising specialists can provide a variety of assets for your in-store presence and online store.

 

If you need digital images, banners, and online content, Toolstream can help.

 

If you need toolbars, posters, point-of-sale, free standing displays, pull-up banners and in-store signage, Toolstream can help.

Toolstream has a range of options for merchandising your store. With a minimum spend, we can provide branded toolbars complete with fixtures and lighting. Other in-store options include free-standing display units, dump bins, and counter-top display units. For online stores, the media centre has a range of digital assets ready to go, including videos, images and banners. Toolstream brands Silverline, Triton and Scruffs have YouTube channels and social media assets available for you to embed and share on your own website.

 

If you’re after promotional merchandise, Toolstream can provide pens, notebooks, stickers, posters, caps, and more.
