Free Samples
We put a lot of effort into making sure the quality, packaging and pricing of our range is just right, and we think it's important you get to see as many of our products as possible.
Every time you spend with us, a percentage of the purchase price is added to your Free Sample Allowance. Once you’ve built up enough credit, you can ‘purchase’ free samples of products you haven’t ordered from us before.
There’s no charge if you add your sample to an order, otherwise you’ll only be charged the cost of delivery.
Simply select by clicking the sample check box and add to your basket – it’s that easy!
(Oh, and before we forget, you don’t need to return your samples – they’re yours to share with your customers)
Samples FAQs
With every order you place you earn Free Sample credits.* You can use these credits to redeem Free Samples as long as you have enough Sample credits. Once you've accrued enough points, a Free Sample tile will become visible on your selected product page. You can add your Free Sample to your basket free of charge, and your points will automatically be adjusted.
*Your Free Sample credits are capped at 250.
Ogni cliente avrà un budget per alcuni campioni. Quando stai visualizzando i nostri prodotti, puoi ordinare i campioni facendo clic sulla casella di controllo dei campioni. Vedrai anche che abbiamo compilato alcuni suggerimenti per te in base ai prodotti che hai ordinato in precedenza.
I campioni sono gratuiti e non ci sono costi di consegna se aggiungi il tuo campione a un ordine. Se vuoi provare qualcosa in fretta e non hai un ordine da effettuare, dovrai solo pagare le spese di consegna.
Non abbiamo bisogno che tu lo restituisca, quindi dipende da te cosa ne fai: il nostro suggerimento è di mostrarlo ai tuoi clienti.
Se hai acquistato un prodotto da noi in passato, non sarà disponibile per il campionamento. In caso contrario, controlla il tuo budget di campionamento in quanto potresti non avere abbastanza credito, ma non preoccuparti perchè puoi aumentare il tuo credito effettuando un ordine.
Il tuo budget di campionamento viene calcolato come percentuale di quanto spendi con noi, quindi se desideri ordinare un campione che la tua indennità non copre, puoi accumulare più credito effettuando un altro ordine.
