Free Samples
We put a lot of effort into making sure the quality, packaging and pricing of our range is just right, and we think it's important you get to see as many of our products as possible.
Every time you spend with us, a percentage of the purchase price is added to your Free Sample Allowance. Once you’ve built up enough credit, you can ‘purchase’ free samples of products you haven’t ordered from us before.
There’s no charge if you add your sample to an order, otherwise you’ll only be charged the cost of delivery.
Simply select by clicking the sample check box and add to your basket – it’s that easy!
(Oh, and before we forget, you don’t need to return your samples – they’re yours to share with your customers)
Samples FAQs
With every order you place you earn Free Sample credits.* You can use these credits to redeem Free Samples as long as you have enough Sample credits. Once you've accrued enough points, a Free Sample tile will become visible on your selected product page. You can add your Free Sample to your basket free of charge, and your points will automatically be adjusted.
*Your Free Sample credits are capped at 250.
Samples are free and there’s no delivery charge if you add your sample to an order. If you want to sample something in a hurry and you don't have an order to place you’ll only need to pay the delivery charge. When you redeem a product your Free Samples allowance will be reduced by the price you would normally pay for that product.
We'd love it if you could show the sample to as many of your customers as possible, and you don't need you to return it.
If you’ve purchased a product from us in the past then it won’t be available for you to sample. Otherwise, check your sample allowance as you may not have enough credits - but don't worry as you can increase your credit by placing an order.
Your sample allowance is calculated as a percentage of how much you spend with us, so if you want to order a sample that your allowance doesn’t cover, you can build up more credits by placing another order.
