Delivery FAQs

We currently use the following distributors and courier services for our UK and European operation:

  • UPS

  • Gregorys

  • Dachser

You can track your order by accessing the 'My Orders' section in My Account. Listed under every order is the option to 'Track Order’ which when clicked will display a timeline containing tracking information.

We don’t deliver directly to Ireland. However, you can access our full range of products through Origo, our Dublin-based distributor.

We’re sorry your delivery note is missing. Please contact our Customer Services team here, and they will help resolve the issue.

Order by 6pm for next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday until Saturday 1pm will arrive by Monday. Orders placed after the relevant cut off time will be treated, for the purpose of delivery, as having been placed the next working day. Delivery is Mondy to Friday, excluding public holidays, Any orders placed after the daily deadline will not be despatched until the following day, excluding Public Holidays. Orders placed before 6pm on Mondy to Thursday, or before 1pm Saturday, should reach you by 6pm the next working day.
